We have had our lenses tested by a third party laboratory which showed that our Night Swannies block 99-100% of blue light between 400-500nm, and around 80% of green light up to 550nm.
Research shows that blue light between 400 and 450nm can cause retina damage and that blue light between 450 and 480nm suppresses the production of melatonin.
All Swannies also block 100% of UV light (below 400nm).
