If you have not used a magnesium spray before, we recommend starting slowly and if necessary, dilute with water until you build tolerance.
We recommend using the Magnesium Spray 30 minutes before bedtime, but it can also be used anytime to assist with relaxation, for example during periods of stress. Magnesium Spray may also help with sore muscles and cramping.
Air dry for best results. It does not need to be rinsed off after application, but if you desire, leave on for at least 20 minutes before rinsing or wiping off. You may experience a slight tingling sensation at first, which is normal.
